Nancy is a native Palm Beach County Floridian, now living in Knoxville, TN.
Client Service has always been Nancy's passion, starting with her first job as a teen at a gourmet chocolate shop. She went on to graduate from FAU with a degree in Elementary Education, however continued her career with the public while working as a customer service representative at Louisiana Power & Light in NOLA. After taking time off to raise her son and three daughters, she has been John Springer's right hand for the over the last decade.
Joining GFA has brought Nancy full circle as she is once again very client focused while also enjoying the cutting edge tools and technology that GFA offers.
During her down time, Nancy spends her time training her two German shepherds in scent detection, exploring the creeks and hiking trails near her home, and cooking meals for the local food bank.
